Liberty Church started in Alexandria LA on March 9, 1986 in the home of Founding Pastor Charles Stokes, his wife Bonnie and their four children. In addition to the Stokes family there were 4 adults and one child sitting around a fireplace at our first service.

Liberty has met in four locations over the years and enjoyed each level of growth. We as a group were very small but we serve a big God to help us in our time of need.

Current

On October 14, 2012 our Founding Pastor retired form the position of senior Pastor. The mantle of leadership was passed on to his son Andrew Stokes.
